Sales Terms

1. General Provisions
1.1. These sales conditions (hereinafter Conditions) govern the legal relationships between the buyer (hereinafter Client) and Vaatar Studio OÜ(hereinafter Service Provider), registration code 17105619, located at Vana-Hinniala, Hinniala village, Võru municipality, Võru county 65206, email: vaatarstudio@gmail.com, in relation to the purchase of tickets for the virtual reality (VR) experience tour (hereinafter Service) through the website's ticketing system.
1.2. Familiarisation with the terms is mandatory for the Customer before making a purchase. By checking the box "I agree to the sales terms" during the purchase, the Customer confirms that they have familiarised themselves with the terms, understood them, and agree to them.
2. Prices and VAT
2.1. All ticket prices listed on the website and in the ticketing system are in euros (€).
2.2. Prices do not include VAT, as Vaatar Studio OÜ is not a VAT payer..
2.3. The service provider has the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to the Customer is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
3. Making a Purchase and Payment
3.1. To purchase a ticket, the Customer selects the appropriate VR tour date and time (session) and the number of tickets in the ticketing system.
3.2. To confirm the order, the Customer fills in the required fields (name, email address, phone number). The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data.
3.3. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ.Payment is made outside the Service Provider's website in a secure payment environment (bank links, card payments). The Service Provider does not have access to the Customer's bank and card details.
3.4. Vaatar Studio OÜ is the data controller and will transmit the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorised processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
3.5. The contract between the Customer and the Service Provider is considered concluded upon the full receipt of the purchase amount in the Service Provider's bank account.
4. Receipt and Use of Tickets
4.1. After a successful payment, the Customer will receive the ticket(s) and purchase confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer. The ticket is digital and does not need to be printed.
4.2. The ticket guarantees access to the Service only on the date and time specified on the ticket.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds of the booking
5.1.Changing the time:If the Customer is unable to attend the Service at the booked time, they can exchange the time. To do this, the Service Provider must be notified by email attaavetmalkov@gmail.comand agree on a new suitable time. The same ticket is valid for the newly agreed time.
5.2.Refund:The Customer has the right to return the ticket and receive a refund. The request for a refund must be communicated by email.
We recommend notifying about the refund request as soon as possible, but no later than 1 day before the start of the booked session. This ensures a smooth refund process.
The money will be refunded to the Customer's bank account within 20 working days from the receipt of the refund request.
5.3.No-show:If the Customer does not show up at the booked time and does not inform the Service Provider of their non-attendance, the ticket will be considered used and the ticket price will not be refunded nor will a new time be offered.
6. Customer obligations and safety
6.1. The Customer is obliged to arrive at the event location at least 5 minutes before the start of the session indicated on the ticket, to ensure smooth preparation.
6.2. In case of delay, the Customer may not be able to fully join the Service and the ticket price will not be refunded.
6.3. The VR experience takes place at the Client's own risk. The service is not recommended for individuals diagnosed with epilepsy, severe heart conditions, or a strong tendency to motion sickness (cybersickness).
6.4. The service provider's representative has the right to refuse service to a client who is visibly intoxicated, behaves rudely, or poses a threat to themselves, others, or the VR equipment. In such cases, the ticket fee will not be refunded.
7. Processing of Personal Data
7.1. The service provider processes the Client's personal data (name, email, phone) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, communicating with the Client, and accounting. More detailed information is provided in ourPrivacy Policy..
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All claims and questions should be submitted via email to the addressvaatarstudio@gmail.com.
8.2. Disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Client has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Authority.

Accounting-related data is retained in accordance with the law 7 years.
Data related to orders is retained for the duration of the limitation period for civil claims (generally 3 years) for the resolution of possible disputes.
